Timeclan ceremony!!!

"May all cats able to count time gather beneath the highrock for a clan meeting" Leafstar said as she jumped onto the highrock, holding her head up proud. Waterflow padded up and called her kits, Patchpaw and Rainpaw now apprentices, about to become warriors. Twistedtooth sat close to Waterflow, and Waterflow's pelt rippled with hate. Twistedtooth even hissed softly at Waterflow. The two were interrupted by Twilightkit and Thunderkit, bouncing around happily. Icedance, Heronflight and Gingerkit trot towards the clan meeting, seeming happy about a clan meeting, especially knowing what this clan meeting is about. Blackpool and Aspenmist get up from their sharing tongues, yawn, and sit down happily, knowing their kits aren't just kits anymore. Duskgaze, Jupiterfang, Dustcloud and Ratstalker ran to deposit their prey in the fresh-kill pile and sit down. Hawkstreak and Sparrowflight get out of the medicine cat den. Hawkstreak had a thorn stuck in his paw, but thankfully Sparrowflight, the best medicine cat Timeclan has ever had, pulled it out. Hawkstreak was limping slightly. Finally, Ashpool came and ran thru the crowd, and climbed up half of the highrock where the deputy stands.

"I call apon ou warrior ancestors to shine on these apprentices." She looked at Patchpaw and Rainpaw. "They have shown great loyalty, teamwork and good hunting. They've shown us a technique of swiping a squirrel with one paw and another cat catches it in the air. I hope one day they will show their future apprentices. Someday." Leafstar said. "But for now, we will make them warriors. Patchpaw, do you promise to serve your clan for the rest of your life?" Leastar said Patchpaw. "Yes, I do." Patchpaw said, joy lighting his eyes. "Patchpaw, from now on you shall be known as Patchfrost. You have shown great courage in becoming a warrior." Leafstar leaped down and dipped her head on Patchfrost's head.  The clan cheered "Patchfrost, Patchfrost!" Leafstar padded up the rock again. "As for you, little one" Leafstar said as she looked at Rainpaw. "Rainpaw, do you promise to serve your clan for the rest of your life?" Leafstar said happily. "Yes I do." Rainpaw replyed shyly. Leafstar jumped down once again. "From this time on, you shall be known as Rainbounce. May your cleverness, shyness and sweetness serve your clan for many moons." Leafstar said as she laid her head on Rainbounce's. "Rainbounce, Rainbounce!" The clan cheered. "Now both of you will sit vigil tonight, as said in the warrior code." Leafstar said and bounced again up the rock.

"But before you do, we should grant two kits into apprentices. " Leafstar said. She loved clan meetings, everyone happy and calm and exited all at once. "Thunderkit, Twilightkit come forward." Thunderkit and Twilightkit took a step forward, and pride glittered in Aspenmist's and Blackpool's eyes. "By the spirit of our warrior ancestors, I call Thunderkit and Twilightkit to become apprentices." Heronflight and Waterflow looked up and Leafstar nodded. "Waterflow. You are a skillful hunter and very clever. I hope you will pass this on to Thunderpaw. Waterflow pressed her muzzle onto Thunderpaw's neck. "Heronflight, you will mentor Twilightpaw. I hope you will pass on your battle skills and your courage to her." Heronflight pressed his muzzle onto Twilightpaw head.

"End of clan meeting. Ashpool, carry on with the patrols."


Leafstar padded into her den, happy but tired. "What a great day..."
